Haute Society for me started as a way for me to showcase my event planning and I wanted it to represent a feeling of class, style, sophistication and fun. I wanted to share with people how to create an opulent event but stay within their budget. I ask my clients to tell me everything they would like to see at their event with no limits think as big as you would like to go. Then we work out the vision from their and I use every idea that the client as given and create a living version of their #Dream.

Haute Society was never just about events for me I had a global vision for the company and where I could see it growing too. I was loving doing events yet I began to feel stuck even though my vision was grand I didn’t know how to get it all the pieces in motion. So I stopped for a while and let life take over but I never forgot about what I wanted and the vision I saw for myself. But I didn’t know how to do all at the things that I wanted like Cooking Live, doing live reviews of businesses, giving back to my community, telling the truth about Black Culture and still doing events. The question became how do I get my dream from paper to reality and help others navigate through the journey of entrepreneurship while creating a platform for black business. Wait I forgot about one major part of the problem; being comfortable in saying I want to promote Black Business #BlackLivesMatter!! Not saying that I didn’t want to work with all people but I wanted a platform that showcased Black Business. That would highlight how amazing and great we are while also encouraging youth to step out and believe in themselves to #DreamBig. Which lead to #TeamHaute giving me and opportunity to create a movement where we enlighten the community about all the wonderful black business and encourage them to support these entrepreneurs and create wealth within our community. #TeamHaute host networking events to bring entrepreneurs together to be social, create ways to build alliances within the membership, share knowledge and best practices, help new entrepreneurs get grounded while building their business, and creating wealth within our village. A big part of my mission as a person is to help others so we have #HauteintheCommunity. This allows members to give back to the community. Sometimes just saying hello how are you can be a blessing to someone; we strive to bring humanity back to the world. What better way then giving to someone in need. Everyone may not have been given the same blessings but that does not mean they cant be privy to the information and grow as a person. So within our membership we give everyone the opportunity to learn and grow with tips and tricks to navigate through life, if you learned something amazing wouldn’t you want to share it with everyone?

After hosting a few networking events I began to notice when I spoke with people about my dream or talked about Haute Society people would always ask me how did I get started. After answering this a few time and helping others realize their dreams. I discovered a gem, when I meet people I instantly got a feeling from them and discovering what they were passionate about. From their I could unlock things that they never thought about and helped to create some wonderful business for friends and family. So I merged a few of my loves and created consulting opportunities for myself. So not only did my clients have the opportunity of learn from someone who had already navigated starting a business; they also had someone who knew how to get their brand off the ground and host their launching events # HauteConsulting

So once #TeamHaute was live, I realized its not just for business owners its also for those who support black business and want to find out about more of these business. Our goal was becoming real, to find these business globally and share them with our village no matter where you are their are so many amazing black businesses for you to explore and support. So this with the help of one of my #TeamHaute member #MediaMavan Chantel that I met while networking, who became my guardian angel lead to AshelyDene’! A space where I would be free to be every part of myself. I am one person but I come with so many dreams and aspirations that were exploding from my heart. I had to first become comfortable in being me. I tried to be quite and keep my opinions to myself but it just wasn’t possible. God created me with a wonderful brain that loves to test the limit. I have been fighting for what I believe in all my life and I always wanted to share those thoughts with others. My soap box got tired so I deiced to stop being scared and share with the world how I perceive life. You may not agree with me but you will see I stand behind my opinions. I always love a health dialogue how else can people grow if there is no one to challenge their thoughts. AshleyDene’ is me being be unapologetically ME it took years for me to be comfortable in being myself and I’m still growing but I decided this was my year of #NOFEAR!!! I am AshleyDene’ I have many opinions because I truly care about making this world better and I know in my heart that’s my mission to enlighten the masses!
